Award-winning, comedy magician, CHIPPER LOWELL, presents a one-of-a-kind show filled with hilarious TRUE STORIES about his incredible “showbiz” family, in addition to all-new jaw-dropping magic & hocus pocus!  Chipper grew up traveling with a variety of circuses and large-scale arena shows, thanks to his amazing parents who met each other while they were both touring with Ringling Bros., Barnum & Bailey Circus in the ’50s & ’60s.   His father was one of the last of the ‘classic’ Ringling Bros. clowns, as the show transferred from under their traditional canvas Big Top to indoor coliseums, stadiums, and sports arenas.   His mother performed as a gymnast, dancer, and aerialist.  Her signature performance, though, was performing the death-defying “Iron Jaw” act, suspended several stories in the sky, her entire body only being supported by her teeth…Literally.   And these are just the beginning of the many tales from ‘the road’, encompassing two generations of entertainment on circuses, variety shows, vaudeville, theater, television, film, Disneyland, the NY World’s Fair, the Magic Castle, REAL flea circuses, and so much more!   This unusual one-man show also surprises its audiences with original and hilarious magic routines and high-energy, fun-filled audience interaction and improvisation.  The production is filled with hundreds of personal photos, slides, and props & memorabilia from his rather ‘unique’ family and upbringing.    A one-of-a-kind experience, this is truly a wonderful love letter to his parents and their family’s heartfelt connection to the variety arts.
